This webinar will discuss how the NSP Closeout Notice impacts disposition and demolition activities. The webinar will focus on how these activities have changed, and what can and cannot be done, now that the closeout notice has been published. Grantees with concerns about properties in land banks and properties acquired and demolished without an NSP-eligible use will benefit from learning about new policies on these matters.

Participation Instructions
To Join via WebEx (Online + Audio)

1. At least 10 minutes before the start time, log into the webinar by going here: https://enterpriseevents.webex.com/enterpriseevents/onstage/g.php?t=a&d=667020159
2. Enter your name and e-mail address, then click "Join Now."
3. WebEx "Event Manager" software will load; this can take several minutes.
4. Once the Event Center screen has opened, a pop-up box will appear with the phone number, meeting number, and attendee ID code to use for the audio portion of the session. (If you accidentally close the pop-up box with the dial-in numbers, it can be retrieved by clicking on the "phone request" icon at the bottom of the participants list -- looks like a telephone.)
5. When dialing in, you will be prompted to enter the meeting number, and then your attendee ID number. It is important that you do not skip the attendee ID number, as this will ensure that your phone line and online presence are in sync. If you do not enter your attendee ID number, we will be unable to un-mute your phone line for questions.

To Join via Teleconference (Audio Only)

1. Call toll-free: 1-877-668-4490
2. When prompted, enter in the meeting access code: 667 020 159
3. Press # when asked for your attendee ID number.
4. Please Note: Audio-Only participants will NOT be able to submit questions during the session.
