Join us for a fundraising dinner to bring Christmas cheer to Xianger and his family.
Xianger is a 10-year-old boy, smart, funny and sweet. Unfortunately he suffers from severe cerebral palsy which affects his motor skills and communication, making him wheelchair-bound and not being able to speak. Coming from an underprivileged family, his parents have sold nearly all their possessions for medical care, yet cannot afford the necessary therapy and proper mobility aid. Xianger is currently using an old wheelchair that is too small and worn-out. At a developing age, he is in essential need of a new wheelchair to keep him in a position of comfort to prevent injuries, skin deterioration, poor joint formation and a curved spine. Xianger also requires physical therapy and special learning materials.
We have formed a group to raise RMB 27,201 to give Xianger a new wheelchair for Christmas.
