Ingredients:
8oz Cacao Ganache by Nova Monda Cacao www.novachocolate.com
8oz pumpkin seeds
8oz coconut
 

1.  Quickly toss the pumpkin seeds in a hot pan to lightly toast them.
2. Place jar of cacao ganache in a saucepan with a few inches of water and lid off. Turn heat on low and let sit until cacao is softened or liquefied.
3. Place coconut in a mixing bowl, top with toasted pumpkin seeds, then stir in the cacao ganache.
4. Mix until thoroughly blended.
5. Pour into a 13x9 pan greased with coconut oil.
6. Smooth out and place in freezer until hard
7. Remove and cut with knife into smaller pieces.  
8. Place into freezer bag and either store in the freezer or refrigerator.
9. Yummy stuff and kills parasites too!
