The first private guitar building class of 2013 at O'Brien Guitars is finished.
A student from Canada came into the O'Brien Guitars shop and in seven days built this beautiful small jumbo cutaway complete with Indian rosewood back and sides,
Sitka spruce top, Macassar ebony fretboard, bridge and peghead veneers and blue abalone inlay for the rosette, fret markers and peghead logo!!
What a beauty!!
Many have been asking about my 2013 teaching schedule.
You can see it on my website on the Classes page

I am offering a variety of classes this year with topics ranging from one one one classical or steel string guitar building to voicing to composite top construction.
If you want to take your guitar building to the next level then make it happen in 2013.
My online courses are the next best thing if you can't make it to the O'Brien Guitars shop in person this year.
Happy Building!
