Quote of the week:

"Gratitude, like faith, is a muscle. The more you use it, the stronger it grows, and the more power you have to use it on your behalf. If you do not practice gratefulness, its benefaction will go unnoticed, and your capacity to draw on its gifts will be diminished. To be grateful is to find blessings in everything, This is the most powerful attitude to adopt, for there are blessings in everything." — Alan Cohen

Q: What inspires you to want to jump for joy?

A: Jumping or the physical movement of your body through the air has the ability to temporarily alter your mind set at that point in time, so its pretty incredible how jumping can change your mood and jump for joy is exactly that.

Q: What was your experience like doing the jumping photos?

A: It was simply fun, being silly and jumping with no attachment to what you did or looked like was just joyous.

Q: What inspires you in life?

A: My biggest inspirations are people who achieve what they love doing and in doing that, they change the lives of others.

Q: What is your greatest passion in life?
A: My biggest passion in life is to fall in love with myself and inspire other to do the same. I believe if we can learn to love and accept ourselves unconditionally, in my mind, it is the single biggest factor in healing our minds, our children and society.

Q: What is your driving force in life?
A: My biggest driving force in life to persevere through the tough challenges of healing my mind and body and through this process I can inspire others to do the same.

Q: What is your philosophy in life?

A: in very simple terms, my philosophy in life is based on metaphysical principles of how our mind and body are one and how our higher selves are all inter-connected.

Q: If you could do anything in the world, what would it be?
A: That would be to have an effect in changing the mass parenting model in our society from a behaviourist to a developmentalist model. Over 80% of parenting models is still based on a behaviourist model and by changing that we can stop our children from inheriting our childhood wounding that we inherited from our parents and their parents, so on. I am working on this on a daily basis, staring with healing my own mind (childhood wounds) and change the legacy for my children and let it ripple from there on.

Q: What work/art/projects are you working on?

A: My company and work is based on providing local, Vancouver based, cloud services to business in BC and across Canada
www.i-worx.ca

Q: Mini bio, interesting facts about you or something special you want to share.

A: Being diagnosed with cancer has been without a doubt the most profound event in my life, cancer kick started the most incredible journey of my life in discovering myself and I will forever be grateful to my cancer for it.
