Heads are Shaved for Charity


In aid to raise much needed funds for Charity, Oliver Brooks and Harry Clarke lead the way in having their heads completely shaved and joined by Tom Snell, U12’s Player. Many watched and spurred the Boys on whilst collecting at every stage to raise more money and to complete their new look.

Two Eastbourne U13 Players accepted in Harlequins School of Rugby


There has been more good news for the Eastbourne RFC under 13s rugby team.

In a season where they currently top their East Sussex league, two members of this successful team have been awarded places at Harlequins School of Rugby.

Mini Xmas Party


Over 50 children attended this year’s Minis XMAS party with lots of games and fun activities including the special guest appearance of Father Christmas. Parents, wives/partners of our Coaches provided a banquet full of goodies. Following games the Coaches seemed to come of worst. A fantastic day was had by all.

Player in Focus


Each month we highlight a 'Player in Focus', this Month it is Chris Chilvers, 1st XV Second Row.

Emily Hird, former player for Eastbourne Under 12's makes her debut for Kent U15's.


Emily Hird's first County game for Kent County RFUC under 15's against Surrey RFUC on 28th October 2012.

Emily started on the bench for her first game but within 4 minutes into the game, due to injury she took over the position of hooker.

Congratulations to Coaches/Team Admins across the Club who pass their RFU Emergency First Aid For Sport course.

The Club's aim is to have a minimum of one fully qualified First Aider per age group, so we are pleased to announce that the following Coaches/Team Admins who have passed their RFU Emergency First Aid For Sport.
