Welcome to 2013!! Enjoy the Year, it won't come around again until the calendar resets to zero and another 2013 years come along.
I expect that will be a long time away, so we all better have a good time now!
Lismore Theatre Company is going to have a good year, here are some of our new year resolutions or rather plans.

Convert the Office into a 2nd costume change room. For larger casts and allowing Male/Female separation where needed.

Install New Air Conditioner in BIO Box. Keep the volunteers and equipment cool in summer. And hopefully some of the Audience.

Purchase another 4x LED RGB Lights for adding colour on stage and 4x White LED lights to replace power hungry lamps.

Be financially happy and closer to being able to purchase our building, should it be for sale in the future.

Find a clean, working, with freezer, cheap, fridge for use by the Cast backstage.
Volunteer Position Vacant:
Sound and Lighting Manager
We are looking for someone who has an interest in sound and lighting for stage and is willing to take control of our lighting equipment and help us move into the LED era.
Duties:
Maintain and help setup lighting for Shows.
Work with the committee on budgeting for equipment repairs and upgrades.
Teach and work with other volunteers on using Lighting and Sound equipment.
** The person in this position is not expected and discouraged from running the Sound/Lights for every performance. Its more a management position to keep things working and provide guidance to the Sound and Lighting volunteers. **
We are more than happy to provide an employment reference for this position.

* The new laptops have been purchased with the grant money! They have now been used in Little Red and the Christmas Feast Pantomime at the end of 2012!
* If anyone has an upright fridge/freezer in good condition and are willing to offer it to the theatre at the right price, please call David 0412458477.
* Costume and Props Room Access must be booked with Chrissi, the room is locked. For all 2013 Directors and Producers, please contact Chrissi early to book your costumes.

AUDITION NOTICE
2013 Performance Schedule has been set. A General Audition will be held on 9th February from 2p-5p at the Rochdale Theatre. There will also be a workshop on Saturday 2 February to prepare for the auditions.
