February Blurt Alert
'Tis a bit chilly isn't it?! We hope you're well and keeping warm.
It feels like every month at HQ is a productive one and January didn't disappoint. We have been inundated with your old mobiles and would like to thank those of you who have kindly donated one (or two). We're extremely committed to ensuring the mentoring scheme remains a free resource which is why we've pledged that any funds raised for Blurt through mobile donations will be restricted to covering mentor CRB checks.
If you have an old mobile phone you'd like to donate to us (even if it's broken), then please email info@blurtitout.org or text 88882 + BLURT + your name and address.
You may have also spotted Blurt's Jayne in February's edition of Zest Magazine which is currently out in shops. You'll find Jayne talking frankly about her experience of depression and also, about where the idea for Blurt came from.
If you find yourself in the position where you'd like to support someone with depression but you aren't really sure what to be doing/saying to help. Then we'd like to point you in the direction of this thread on our Facebook wall where people are discussing what has helped them. It makes for a good read --> http://www.facebook.com/Blurtitout/posts/529002013800471

Depression at work
May we please borrow (okay, steal) five minutes of your time and ask you to complete our 'Depression at Work' survey?
Here it is --> http://tinyurl.com/ban6stw
The results this survey generates will help us to shape a future project so we'd be really rather grateful for your contribution.
Thank you in advance.
