Agency Eliminates Phone Tree, Answers Calls Live
In an effort to improve customer service, the Oregon Real Estate Agency has hired a receptionist to answer incoming calls.
Most callers to the main telephone number will reach the Agency's newest employee, Sue Davenhill, who will then transfer calls to the appropriate Agency staff. The receptionist will be available to receive calls during business hours.

Job Announcement: Financial Investigator 1
The Oregon Real Estate Agency is now recruiting for two Financial Investigator 1 positions. Successful candidates will have at least two years of accounting or financial auditing experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Additional financial auditing or accounting experience may substitute for the degree.
Preference may be given to candidates with a background in real estate, property management, escrow or land development activities.

Agency Staff Participates in Food Drive
The Oregon Real Estate Agency is collecting food and money for the Governor’s State Employees Food Drive. The food drive will run from January 28 through March 1, 2013. All Oregon state agencies, commissions, boards and employees are encouraged to participate.
Agency staff activities will include a Valentine’s Day Sweets Sale and a silent auction.
Donations collected are given to the Oregon Food Bank Network. The network provides emergency food boxes throughout the state to individuals and families in need.
