What’s New for the Year in Group X - 2013
So you may be wondering what the latest buzz in-group fitness is... Or how best to get LEAN in 2013! Along with all the fantastic stand-by workouts like ZUMBA, NIA, Step, Circuit, Sculpt, Ritmica, Pilates and Yoga.. Get excited because South End is GEARING up for a re-launch of their ever-popular Spin Classes. We will be bringing in the new Studio Cycles next month and plan to offer several South End Spinning classes in the AM and PM throughout the week.
Here’s a few new things you can be looking forward to!

We are bringing back our Spinning program in February

We are adding new small group ‘Boot Camp’ sessions

We are shifting the schedule slightly to make more time for a few specialty Yoga slots.

We are adding a new evening NIA slot with Randy (4:30 Weds)
