Just 48 hours to change the world
On 1 March 2013, people who are interested in service design and using a design-based approach to problem solving and creativity will join together all over the globe for the
Global Service Jam. In a spirit of experimentation, co-operation and friendly competition, teams will have 48 hours to develop brand new services inspired by a common theme. On Sunday at 3pm, they publish them to the world.
Master’s degree program in Service Innovation and Design
In September 2013, SID Master’s studies starts at Laurea University of Applied Sciences in Espoo, Finland.
The Master of Business Administration degree offers a unique and multidisciplinary program that trains students from diverse backgrounds to become practicing service-business developers. It is offered in English and can be completed alongside a full-time job! The application period from 4 March to 3 April, 2013.
Design Thinking for Educators Toolkit

Design Thinking for Educators. Since that time, they have incorporated feedback from educators, reformatted the book for clarity, and created an accompanying workbook to support teachers through their process.
