KU finalist in engineering art contest

An image from a research project from the School of Engineering is on display for the Biophysical Society’s Art of Science Image Contest. The KU project is one of 10 finalists; three winning images will be announced today.

Basketball great B.H. Born dies

Former KU men’s basketball great B.H. Born died Sunday, Feb. 3, in Peoria, Ill., at the age of 80. From Medicine Lodge, Born played for Kansas head coach Phog Allen from 1952 to 1954.
