Dear friends,
December 2012 was an exciting month: I conducted my amazing jazz sextet for an one-hour work Winter News at the Stone NYC. I also attended the recording session of Victoria Dispensary with Hexnut Ensemble in Amsterdam - love those toy hammers!!!

My big band will be playing two concerts in the next couple of weeks before our recording sessions in April. Come join us for one or both of these events, and spread the word!

Thank you, Medfield!!
This past Wednesday I was invited to coach the award-winning Medfield High School Jazz Ensemble near Boston. It was an honor and an awesome experience working with dedicated young musicians at Medfield High School!

In April, they will tour China for a music exchange journey in the cities of Beijing, Bengbu (Anhui) and Shanghai.
I wish them a successful trip! Support their fundraising effort and visit the Medfield Music Association's website.
