MARISSA CEPELINSKI  ... From: Ottawa, Ontario Lives: Vancouver BC Work: I am the co-founder in Capital Core Financial and I work as a financial advisor.

Q: What inspires you to want to jump for joy?
A: There is a playfulness that I experience in every jump.... it feels very genuine and real and childlike. The way we were before we learned to worry and stress and over think...we just jumped. I want to do more of that, access that state, maybe not always needing to actually jump. ;)

Q.What was your experience like doing the jumping photos?
A: Very fun, very playful, joyful, present...felt all those things!

Q: What inspires you in life?
A: Seeing amazing people do amazing things, people who aren't scared, people who embrace fear and don't let it stop them from standing by what they really believe in. People who really want to do good and change the world. I want to be like that... I want to help lead others in that direction.

Q: What is your greatest passion in life?
A: pushing myself to greater limits/potential and encouraging others to join along for the ride :)

Q: What is your driving force in life?
"Don't worry, be happy" that awesome song from the 80's... I still laugh when I hear it... I want to enjoy my experience here as much as possible and not get caught up in the small stuff... to experience as much joy as I can in everything I do and help spread that around the world... to experience as much as I possibly can in my time here in a joyful and compassionate state...

Q: What is your philosophy in life?
I always think about this concept: "If you always put a limit on everything you do, physical or anything else, it will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them." - Bruce Lee

I try and always push the limits and challenge the boundaries... I've always been a bit extreme in everything I do, so I think I just keep trying it out, seeing whats next... and if you want it, if you really really want it, then don't quit. Just don't quit.

Q: If you could do anything in the world, what would it be?
A: Be a super compassionate loving leader that really is able to make change ... I am working everyday to be more of that kind of leader in my own life... I know I need to be it to try and inspire others if thats what I want...

Q: What work/art/projects are you working on?
A:
 www.going-coastal.ca

Q: Mini bio, interesting facts about you or something special you want to share.
A: I like to push the boundaries and test the limits and experience a lot of my growth through that ... really never being stationary which may sometimes not be good but... I think I like to use it to be a better person and ideally inspire others.

I want to experience as much as I possibly can in the time I am given here and I want to choose joy as consistently as possible so it one day just becomes my state I am always in regardless of the chaos. I really want to do things as if fear doesn't exist...truth is I am afraid, I am scared a lot of the time, but I figure if I do a little bit every day and push against the fears eventually one day the fears won't be so scary..
