TAP 1: Holgate Road Trip IPA
Inspired by Paul & Natasha's Holgate's recent brewery and beer tour through the craft brewing "capital" of the world - the Pacific North West of the USA - this IPA is loaded-up with multiple additions of Chinook, Centennial and Cascade hops from that region creating a piney and passionfruit hop fest with a hint of grapefruit and marmalade.

TAP 2: Mountain Goat Rare Breed Before the Dawn (Black IPA)
Bigger than the Thorny Goat (collaboration with UK's Thornbridge) and devoid of the pepperberries of Gypsy & The Goat (collaboration with Mikkeller), Before the Dawn is Mountain Goat's farewell to winter.
As for how dark it is, well, over to the brewers themselves: "There's a black that's blacker than it's own shadow. As black as the dark side of the Moon. So black even the white bits are black. Darker and more impenetrable than Keyser Soze's heart. It's as black as a midnight eclipse, the bottom of the Black Sea, or the inside of the Black Knight's helmet. This is two shades lighter than that."
As for flavour, it's hoppy, spicy, fruity with a touch of roast.
