cool thing #2

I reached 100% of my financial support!!
Wow! THANK YOU!  This is a huge encouragement!
For those of who you are interested in giving, please know:
1) I have taken a voluntary reduction because I am able to live at a lower income than recommended since I have multiple roommates.
2) my finances fluctuate…having additional support is always a blessing!
Email me or see the information below!
This update is full of COOL THINGS!

cool thing #1
The map above shows the remaining bible translation needs in the world, grouped by region.  For the first time in history, there are now more Bible translation projects in progress than there are needs!  We are excited!

cool thing #3

A newspaper in Arizona contacted Wycliffe asking about how the Christmas story might be translated in another language/culture.

Wycliffe asked me to share.

CLICK HERE for the article that they wrote!

One note: there are just under 2000 people groups who still do not have access to God's word in their own language

cool thing #4

I was asked by Wycliffe’s communications team to write a short story of my experience from the Urbana Missions conference.

“If we can trust God to save us, we can trust Him to lead us.”
- David Platt (Urbana conference)
P&P
*Praise for the conversations that took place at the Urbana missions conference.  You can also watch the speakers online!!
*Praise for many college students joining the bibleless peoples prayer project to pray for people who do not have the Bible in their language.
You can sign up to pray too!
*Prayer for an assignment from Wycliffe to go to Liberty University next weekend! (Yay- I'll get to see my brother!!!)
*Prayer for me to trust God more with specific areas God has put on my heart.
*Prayer for opportunities to engage in conversation with my neighbors (from 5 different ethnicities!).

30by30 list?  Did I make it?

Sadly, no, I did not complete my list of 30 things to do beforre I turned 30 this past December 21st.

But, I did purposely invest in some deeper friendships and spent more time with people, which I'm thankful for.

That being said, I’m simply re-titling my list…31 by 31! ;-P

I think I should be able to complete it within a year’s time!

Here it is!
Nala got a bone for Christmas!
