Ordering a brat while shopping has been a tradition for generations of Market customers. Frank's Bratwurst has been at the Market for 42 years and is now co-owned by Ryan and Ilse Sheppard, grandson and daughter of the original owners, Franz (Frank) and Johanna Ratschki. They use the same secret family recip that was brought over from Austria when the business opened in 1970. Today, the stand sells over 2,000 sandwiches per week.
