Famous at Last
This project acts as an invitation to share life stories in our memory café, to celebrate our elders and expose our ‘saga louts’.
What is it to be old? Is 80 the new 70? Is 70 the new 60? Participants will take on the writing, filming and production of a new short film about our aging population, a treasured part of our local heritage, and will include the new residents at the Oaklands Extra Care Village.

‘Famous at Last’ will capture memories, archive film footage and stories of our local communities from the perspective of our older generation.
Pictured are early recruits to the project Gladys and Kay with writer Kevin Fegan.
For more information on the project please get in touch directly with Kevin on kev@kevinfegan.co.uk or contact People Express on 01283 552962.

Pictured are boys from school trying out the QR code on their phones. If you would like to know how to do this please contact us. (P.S. It's easy!)
