Winning the contest would supply me with 6 months of all expenses paid travel around the worldimagine the jumping photos I could share with you!

Then I would receive $50,000 at the end of the trip! - just what I will need for editing and publishing my book of 1000 people jumping for joy around the world and producing several art shows with a selection of my best images.

With 28 days of voting left, I hope that, with your help, I can secure at least another 2500 votes and be selected as one of the top ten finalists!

Q: What inspires you to want to jump for joy?
A: Inspiration itself, triumph in sports, passion, accomplishing difficult things, love and a good hug.

Q.What was your experience like doing the jumping photos?
A: Fantastic - to see your passion as you were capturing the moments was special for me. I loved trying to think of creative ways to jump as well as finding the right locations that made me want to jump!

Q: What inspires you in life?
A: Passion in others, seeing determination to fight through tremendous odds no matter what, and when I accomplish certain goals it inspires me to do more. Observation of beautiful things can start something in me as well.

Q: What is your greatest passion in life?
A: I have a deep passion for sports and music. I've always been drawn to the beautiful side of competition, when it brings out the best in you and makes you dig deeper than you thought you could ever dig in yourself.

To physicalize the pain and frustration of life into a sport and conquer it there is something special and satisfying! Music is my life and has brought me to tears and extreme joy as well as I've been impacted by amazing recordings, live performances and created it myself.

Q: What is your driving force in life?
A: To become great at the things I love doing most - not for me, but for the people I get to bestow my gifts and talents on. To love as uninhibited as possible, to be as great an artist as I can - from both a technical and business stand point so I can be the best servant to people as I can.

Q: What is your philosophy in life?
A: To see every difficulty as an opportunity and to do my best at whatever it is I commit to do.

Q: If you could do anything in the world, what would it be?
A: The thing that I want to do is be on stage singing for thousands and having a long and illustrious career in music. I work everyday on making that happen building a team of people that believe in my message and my talents. Its a wonderful struggle!

Q: What work/art/projects are you working on?
A: I'm working on my 5th studio album, making music videos, and training for my 3rd Sun Run in Vancouver - hoping to break the 40 min mark for the 10km run!
www.davidblairsongs.com is where you can hear my latest songs from my last two albums simultaneously released last summer! www.youtube.com/davidblairmusic is my youtube channel for my videos - so far I've done 10!

Q: Mini bio, interesting facts about you or something special you want to share.
A: Recently opening for the likes of Canadian Hall of Fame rockers, The Northern Pikes, multiple Juno Award winner Colin James and blues sensation Allen Stone, David Blair released his 3rd and 4th albums simultaneously this August – a successful follow up to his sophomore release ‘Things Left Unsaid’.

Two music video releases and a tour from LA to Vancouver have brought radio play from as far away places as Italy to locally in Vancouver including a recent TV show appearance on ‘Da Grine’. Showcasing at Canadian Music Week 2012, David has played over 400 shows in support of his previous two albums across North America from LA to NY.

Highlights include, the Winter Olympics in Vancouver, an opening slot for Juno Award winner K’Naan and a shared spots on stage with Dan Mangan, Hannah Georgas, John Mann from Spirit Of The West and Juno award winner Shari Ulrich.
