Next week, the National Association of Catholic Nurses will hold their annual conference at Aquinas College, March 1–3. Nashville Mayor Karl Dean will welcome the attendees when they arrive in Nashville on the evening of March 1. The National Catholic Register wrote an article about the conference on February 5. Among those presenting at the conference are Dean of the School of Nursing, Brother Ignatius Perkins, O.P., Ph.D., R.N., F.A.A.N., N.Y.A.M., F.R.S.M., and Aquinas College President’s Advisory Council Member, Marie Hilliard, J.C.L., Ph.D., R.N. Please join our campus community every Friday during Lent for Stations of the Cross in St. Jude Chapel, 3-3:30 p.m. And students, faculty, and staff will also be praying outside of the abortion clinic on Welshwood Drive every Thursday afternoon during Lent as a part of the 40 Days for Life campaign.
