The Dutch have arrived, and they come bearing gifts. L'Antichambre, an extraordinary new line of fragrances which warm the nose, the soul, and in some cases...the appetite. If you can dream it, you can create it, or so says creator Anne Pascale Mathy-Devalc, whose boutique in Brussels Belgium specializes in bespoke fragranaces. Anne Pascale had the idea to create customized cosmetics, but a serendipitous turn came about when a friend found a book of ancient perfume formulas in her mother’s belongings. A plan to recreate those vintage perfumes merged with her previous concept of customization and a new dream evolved - to make a space where one could imagine and create unique fragrances. And so she traveled to Grasse, France – the perfume capitol of the world – and l’Antichambre was born.
Imaginatively conceived in Brussels and impeccably executed in Grasse, L’Antichambre offers a unique and gorgeously evocative point of view. These are fragrances that take you on a journey.
