Liberal Myths Project Continues

Presidents’ Day Banquet a Huge Success on February 18
Another virtual sell out audience heard John Fund, formerly on the Wall Street Journal Editorial Board, and frequent Fox News Contributor. His comments dealt with evaluating the last election and a strong future threat to the Republican Party. See speech summary.

Savannah Day in Atlanta
Many topics in the legislature affect the Savannah Area. A report on Georgia Legislative activities is included. See Summary.

True Perspectives Seminar Series
SIRC will continue its True Perspectives seminar series in 2013, with at least four to be scheduled on such topics as: How D.C. Works, the Environment, Georgia State Issues and ObamaCare.

Membership Dues
Statements for 2013 dues have been mailed; most have paid. Options were: Regular family $40, Sustaining: $100. If you’ve not paid yet, mail a check to SIRC, PO Box 15165, Savannah, GA 31416; or tube the check to Mary Ann Senkowski at 8 Mainsail Crossing, or pay on line at our website: skidawayrepublicanclub.com.

Liberal Myths Project
We distributed widely the essays on various mistaken beliefs by Liberal groups. And we know that some liberals took great umbrage over challenging their orthodoxy. Some even threatened to publish a counter series on Conservative Myths. Game On. Hence we will continue to update the ones we produced last year, and are looking for volunteers from our membership to help update the Liberal Myths. If you have an interest, please contact SIRC Editor Mike
Walters (598-0351 or mawalters@me.com).

Recall that the subjects include:
Health Care Reform
Energy
Foreign Policy
Taxes
Unions
Living Constitution
Global Warming
Financial Crisis
