What? 6,000 greenlight girls?!
Yes, that's right - we've added up the greenlight girls of all ages that we have reached since we began our organisation at the end of 2010. Because of our amazing volunteer network that has now reached more than 550 role-model women and men around the world, we have been very luck to have reached more than 6,000 people. Let us know how you would like to be involved in our activities this year to reach even more! |

Look in the sky! It's a bird, it's a plane, no... it's the g4g science library!
Taking to the skies once again, our next science library is now landing in the DRC. Tremendous thanks to our greenlight girls from Mol, Belgium who donated their favourite science books, inscribed with their personal messages, to create this science library for girls in the Congo. |

Our greenlight girls in India are now at university
All due to the generosity of our g4g network, we have done it! Our global scholarship has started -- and has made it possible for our first greenlight girls in Bangalore, India to pursue their dream to continue their education. Not only providing tuition and living expenses to these special bright girls, we also follow their progress to encourage them to keep on going. This month we've arranged a special visit for these girls to join us for lunch and a visit to a local company in Bangalore. Let's keep these funds coming in so we can continue to support their learning and to keep their future bright! |
