Aquinas College During Lent
cross and seal
Aquinas College enters the penitential season of Lent with prayer and reflection. Starting on the afternoon of February 14, the Aquinas community began outside the abortion clinic on Welshwood Drive in South Nashville as a part of the 40 Days for Life. Please join the community every Thursday during Lent to witness for life. Aquinas will also offer a weekly Stations of the Cross in St. Jude Chapel every Friday, 3–3:30 p.m.

Sister Mary Sarah, O.P., President of the College, has shared the following prayer. We invite you to pray it with us throughout this grace-filled season.

God, you are our eternal Shepherd and Guide. Send an outpouring of your Holy Spirit to enlighten the minds of the cardinals as they prepare to choose our next pope. In your mercy grant your Church a shepherd. May he be an example of holiness and fill our hearts and minds with your truth and love. Amen.
