First there was speed dialing & speed dating... now there is speed newslettering! We all live busy lives, so I decided to serve up my nutrition Words Of Wisdom in quick, digestible chunks. Stay motivated & inspired with a steady diet of Weekly Nutrition WOW. 

"FEEL AWESOME" CHALLENGE: Try Single-Tasking

This week SINGLE-TASK YOUR EATING. Focus on eating WITHOUT doing anything else such as texting, watching TV, Facebooking, driving, emailing or reading (good conversation is encouraged though).

TEST single-task eating all of your meal & snacks this week & see for yourself the benefit. [HINT: You'll enjoy food more & eat less naturally.]
 
EXTRA CREDIT AWESOME: Single-Task Your WORK. To save time, be more productive & feel less anxious - stay focused on just one work task at a time. If you interrupt your concentration (say check email in-between working on a project) research suggests you'll waste 24 minutes an hour just trying to regain your focus.
