How to help people make a change
By Cam Taylor

What in your life or ministry needs changing? An outdated program? A particular “way of doing things” past the expiry date? A tired vision? A broken team? An uninitiated plan?

More than likely, it won’t be hard for you to think of something that could use a change. The big question is, how will you approach the change so as to avoid being resisted or shut down? Choosing not to change and leaving things alone can be fatal to your ministry. Failing to change may not appear fatal, but it ends up with you seeing an opportunity lost.

For things to change, somebody somewhere has to start acting and behaving differently. Once you’ve decided what needs to change, this process can help you turn that imagined change into a reality.
