Registration is open for
Foundation in HUD Environmental Review, which will be offered from Tuesday, April 23, 2013 - Thursday, April 25, 2013 in Kansas City, KS. The 3-day training is offered to State, tribal, local government staff and HUD staff, as well as consultants, planners, engineers and administrators who prepare environmental reviews for HUD-assisted projects. The course is suitable for new practitioners as well as those who’d like an update in complying with HUD regulations 24 CFR Part 58, "Environmental Review Procedures for Entities Assuming HUD Environmental Responsibilities." The information is also appropriate for HUD program staff who prepare reviews under 24 CFR Part 50, “Protection and Enhancement of Environmental Quality.”
Attendance is limited to two (2) people per organization.
Registration closes
April 5, and space is limited. No equivalent environmental training is planned within the region this year.
