Equal Remuneration Order payments and implications - how will your organisation manage?
What do the changes to the outcome of the equal remuneration order decision made by Fair Work Australia mean for your organisation?
How will you implement the 23 to 45 per cent pay increases for employees?
Do you understand the reclassification process of the award?
Many organisations may not be aware of the changes, or the importance of these changes. The ECCV is holding a free workshop for ethnic and multicultural organisations about the changes to Social and Community Services and the new Fair Work regulations, and we urge you to come along to learn about how the changes affect your organisation.
For more information, contact Nikolaus Rittinghausen on (03) 9349 4122.
