As our Herboretum will be exhibiting one of the largest collections of culinary herbs in the UK, we thought it only fitting that we have tasty British local food to accompany our new full day workshops. We are delighted that The Ethicurean will be creating the lunches for the lucky participants of Jekka's workshops.

The Ethicurean were the winners of The Observer ‘Best Ethical Restaurant’ in 2011. They are based in Somerset and have a renowned reputation for modern and simple cooking.  Their first cookbook, ‘The Ethicurean Cookbook’, is being published by Ebury in May this year.

Herb Fridays

We will be opening to the public on a selection of Fridays throughout the year, starting on March 29th, offering an 
unique opportunity for visitors to observe our herboretum in progress and to buy herbs direct from the farm. 
Our farm shop will also stock our herbal teas, herb seeds, seed collections, books & herbal gifts.
 
The farm will be open from 10am to 4pm on these selected dates.
March:  29th
April: 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th
May: 31st
June: 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th
July: 5th, 12th

Coffee, tea and Sheila's cakes will also be available.
