Create or Upgrade Your OneCPD Account Today

A single OneCPD account is all that is needed to access all of the features of the OneCPD Resource Exchange. Your enhanced OneCPD account will allow you to:

  • Use OneCPD Learn to register for training and track your completed training in your personal transcript. Access OneCPD Learn via Training & Events.
  • Use the Income Eligibility Calculator to determine income eligibility for some CPD programs.
  • Access future components that will require a OneCPD account.

For users with existing OneCPD accounts or Homelessness Resource Exchange (HRE) Learning Management System (LMS) accounts, you must upgrade your account to access OneCPD Learn.

Never Created an Account?
Users who have never created an account on the OneCPD Resource Exchange or the HRE LMS:

  • Go to the OneCPD Login page, and Request an Account.
  • Enter your information on Step 1 and 2 of the registration page.
  • Click Register.

Have an HRE LMS Account?
Users who have an existing Homelessness Resource Exchange (HRE) Learning Management System (LMS) account:

  • Go to the OneCPD Login page, and enter the HRE LMS username and password that was sent to you on Friday. Some users were issued a temporary password.
  • Click My Account.
  • Complete the remaining information (add organization information and add program experience) on Step 1 and 2 of the registration page. If you were issued a temporary password, you will be prompted to change your password.
  • Click Update.

Have a OneCPD Account?
Users who have a OneCPD Account:

  • Go to the OneCPD Login page, and enter your existing OneCPD username and password.
  • Click My Account.
  • For users who see a Register for OneCPD Learn button: Click the button and complete the remaining information (add organization information and program experience) on Step 1 and 2 of the registration page. Click Update.
  • For users who do not see a Register for OneCPD Learn button: Complete the remaining information (add organization information and program experience) on Step 1 and 2 of the registration page. Click Update.

Not Sure If You Have Existing Account?
Can’t remember if you already have an account or what your password is?

  • Go to the OneCPD Login page, and enter your email address into the Forget Username or Password? field.
  • If a username for that email address already exists, you will receive an email with a temporary password that you can use to follow the steps above.
  • If not, you’ll receive an error message.
