Pro's Corner...

APPROACH SHOT STRATEGY.........

Attack wisely! If you don't have the most powerful strokes or the best placement, don't worry. The next best thing to putting your opponents in terrible position is to put them in a seemingly great position that's actually quite difficult!! One way to do it is to approach down the middle. This forces your opponents to create angles on passing shots, if they miss a few, they will begin to feel the pressure from what seams like an easy shot from you. You can also try short angled slice approaches, to see if your opponent is good at moving forward. The chip and charge serve return is a great choice to put pressure on the server!! Few people use the chip and charge so the element of surprise should make up for any deficiencies you have in your bag of strokes!

Remember your not playing for a hundred thousand dollars!! So have fun and try some new things!
