Hundreds of medical home supporters and friends joined last month's Stakeholder Center Virtual Town Hall meetings to learn more about each of PCPCC's Stakeholder Centers' potential priorities and activities for 2013. The interactive dialogue allowed participants to cast their vote on potential activities, including publications, tool kits, events, and more. Listen to webinar and recordings.

Stakeholders Partner for Congressional Briefing on Primary Care

Representative Jim McDermott (D-WA) and Senator Jack Reed (D-RI) host a Congressional briefing "Why We Need Robust Primary Care in the U.S., and What Congress Can Do to Help." The briefing include a panel discussion of strategies for strengthening the delivery system, engaging patients and their families, and enhancing education and training of the primary care workforce. 

Panelists include: Christine Bechtel, National Partnership for Women & Families; Jill Rubin Hummel, WellPoint; Andrew Morris-Singer, Primary Care Progress; Marci Nielsen, PCPCC; and James C. Welsh, Georgetown University Medical Center.
