Note From A Peer

Hi, there!

Over the past few months, Peer Insight has been practicing what we preach! We're running internal in-market experiments, listening to your feedback and pivoting from our original assumptions. In fact, the newsletter you're reading right now is a prototype to test our assumptions about you, the readers, and what you want to see.

Beyond our experiments, we’re helping our partners forge new growth in meaningful, complex arenas such as health care and transportation. We’re building innovation capacity with teaching programs at universities and we hosted DC’s first-ever Service Jam. Thank you for collaborating with us and enjoy the newsletter.

Does economic pressure instill stagnation or inspire innovation?

In the economic turbulence, we’ve prioritized things precariously for creative thinking. Our obsession with the bottom line leaves little to no room for coloring outside the lines, and with careers in the balance we focus wholly on doing our job as defined.

Under $100

Interviews are the perfect tool to use when your are exploring options early on in a service innovation project.
