Welcome reception

The conference welcome reception takes place on Friday 19 April from 18.00 - 19.00 at the Silken Puerta Hotel. The Silken hotel is a five minute walk from the Barceló hotel.

Please meet in the reception at the Barceló hotel at 17.50 and staff members will escort you to the Silken hotel.

Clinical workshops - spaces available

Some spaces have become available on the clinical workshops taking place Friday 19 April from 13.30-17.30 at Malaga 2013. Workshops take place at the Barcelo Malaga Hotel. Tickets are €60 for Academy members, €80 for non members.
 
Delegates who register for the workshops are able to attend three of the eight sessions listed below (subject to availability):
 
1. Treatment of basic visual skills deficits with vision therapy

7. The contact lens fitting technique in medium to advanced cases of keratoconus with large diameter GP lenses and scleral GP lenses

8. Vision beyond 20/20 - the binocular vision exam
Katerin Ortiz (Beginner)
 
CET points are available for delegates registered with the UK's GOC, and spaces will be allocated on a first come, first served basis!
