Marty's Message

With all the snow on the ground, it's hard to believe commencement is only a month away. Yet, when I look at the calendar, I know it's spring because it's time to celebrate our students at all of the annual department ceremonies and poster presentations.

Last week, a student wanted to meet with me and I got nervous because that usually means something is wrong. But it was actually a great meeting! She was a Dean's Award winner from HPHD, but never met the dean. All she wanted to do was stop in and say thank you.

Students–they make our work so worth it!

Marty Loy,
Dean CPS
