We know, it's been a while since the epic event on Southbank when we served up a few hundred portions of melting Raclette over South Melbourne market potatoes at 35 degrees in the shade. It certainly was a memorable experience for us and we were very happy how our beautiful Rolf Beeler Raclette was received.

Now with (slightly) colder days around the corner, we thought this is the perfect time to reach out to you again. If you're seeking to buy some of the Raclette cheese you tasted or any of our five other, artisan Swiss cheeses, simply consult our website which shows you all our retail locations in detail. But that's not all, some of Melbourne's finest restaurants use our cheese on their cheeseboards or even as part of a creative dish. For example try the Rolf Beeler Sbrinz croquettes at Virginia Plain in Flinders Lane, to name just one.

And if you are in the mood for more cheese tastings in time for Easter, then why not come to Leo's Fine Food and Wine in Kew this Thursday afternoon, 28 March 2013 between 2pm and 6pm. Tom will be showcasing our Rolf Beeler raw milk Gruyere, Emmental and the pasteurized, super-smooth Raclette.
