The Learn to Run course with OzSquad is a six week course designed to help beginners increase their running skills and confidence. You will learn about good running technique, breathing, increasing time/distance, what to wear as well as lots of other running tips. Weekly handouts and support are provided via email.

When: 6.30pm every Monday for six weeks, starting 6th May. (Please note the last session will be on Tuesday 11th June to allow for the public holiday.)
Where: Meet at Kierle Park.
Who: Perfect for anyone who currently struggles to run continuously for say more than five to ten minutes. Nobody is left behind.
What: Six 90 minute theory and practical sessions covering running technique, breathing, increasing time/distance, what to wear and lots of other tips.
The Damage: $135
At the end of the course, there is an opportunity to join an ongoing 'RunSquad' with all your new running buddies. More information upon request.
