Spring - A Time For New Growth
We find signs of spring all around us: in the songs and calls of birds flying by us with bits of grass and twigs for nesting, in the snippets of green leaves emerging from damp the soil, and in the suns rays, brightening the day longer and stronger than in winter.  Spring is a time for us to clear out what no longer serves us, to make room for our new growth.  This means we leave behind old thought patterns, activities, and situations which are not a fit anymore.  When we clear away this clutter, we attract new positive thoughts, activities, situations, and even relationships.  It might be a good idea to jot down on paper what you're clearing out and what you're making room for this spring, in your life.  Writing it down on paper helps solidify your intentions.  You can view the list once daily at the beginning of the day to keep your conscious awareness focused on making these changes and growing in new ways.
