If you haven’t already entered, there are just over 37 days left to submit your winning poems, short stories and flash fictions!

Have you re-registered?
If you haven’t yet registered on the new site you will need to do so before you can enter the competition. We were unable to transfer the accounts from the old website, so even if you were registered there, you will need to start again, setting up a new username and password.

You can now hear our winners from 2012 reading their prizewinning entries, on our blog. Claudia Daventry reads her poem, Alakazam, Helen Barton reads her story Being David and Greg Jackson’s flash fiction Nearly New is read by Polly Gifford.

Bridport Prize on YouTube and Vine
We’ve set up a Bridport Prize YouTube account where you can hear our top three winners of 2012 plus watch two very short (flash, even!) Vine videos we have made. Have a look at our contribution to World Poetry Day and homage to Dylan! There'll be more to come over the next few months...
