On the 25th of April, the world celebrated the 2013 Girls in ICT Day and a special celebration was held at the Golden Gate Restaurant in Ikoyi, where our MD Nkemdilim Uwaje gave a career talk to young Secondary School Girls in the quest to get more girls involved in technology. She was also honoured with the AMAZON OF YOUTH TECH EMPOWERMENT . In town for this wonderful celebration was Ann Mei Chang; Senior Advisor for Women and Technology at the US Department of State, who met with our MD to discuss women in technology, challenges and opportunities.
We also visited the Mobile
Web West Africa Conference at the Four
Points Hotel last week, which was a huge success and highly
informative, focusing on the latest trends in the mobile scene.
