On the afternoon of Saturday 1st June we will be visiting Westbury Quarry, near Wells.
You are invited to come along and learn more about the wildlife and plants of this quarry and its nationally important grasslands.
We will be shown around by Quarry Manager, Nigel Taylor and we hope to see orchids and other rare plants.

A new website has been launched by CPRE which aims to help you to improve your local travel options and the streets where you live. Whether electric bike pools or adopting railway stations, cutting signage clutter or managing parking, the site is full of ideas to make to physical improvements to your area.
