This completed form must be submitted and payment received to proceed with training.
Online Training Contract Terms
1) I understand that I will be leaving my puppy in the care of Jeff and Laura McCracken, the Breeders/Trainers, and they are not responsible for injury, death, or loss of the pup beyond what is outlined in this contract.
2) The puppy will be highly cared for which includes exercise and socialization as well as being fed top quality dog food.
3) The Trainers, Jeff and Laura McCracken, have the right to bring my puppy to their veterinarian if they think it is necessary at my expense.
4) The cost for training my dog is $549 for the Beginning Family Dog Training. This price is all inclusive and in addition to purchase price of puppy. Payment is due prior to the beginning of training.
5) This training phase is started at 7 weeks and continues for 30 days. During this time we will continue to socialize your puppy and introduce basic obedience commands like NO, COME,SIT and STAY plus begin training on DOWN, HUSH and includes kennel or crate training and house training. We will also be working with your puppy on their retrieving. The success of this training depends and upon how diligent I am with the follow up at home.
6) When I come to pick up my dog, I will expect to spend the time the trainer feels is necessary for me to learn the techniques that the my puppy and the trainer have used so that I will have the skills to follow through on the training.
