Have you ever wanted to give it your all but your nerves or frustrations got in the way? I'd like to share with you today the idea that you can use Tapping to enhance your natural or what may feel like not-so-natural abilities in sports by applying EFT before, during and/or after a run, a game or a ride.

EFT is so easy! It takes only minutes to do a round or two and it can really help you to push past your perceived limits. You can focus it on correcting the little, niggling difficulties you are having or on the big memories of past negative sports experiences.
