Buddy Cantrell 45 Auction

Ultra-Rare Georgia Soul piece up on the block.

You already know the rarity of this special 45 out of Atlanta. While Buddy passed in 2006, he left us with two powerful studio recordings for one of Soul music's most frustratingly rare and collectible record labels.

This copy grades VG, and has two small warps that do not affect play, as you'll hear in the full audio clips. This 45 was recorded with a Grado DJ100i cartridge weighted at 2 grams.

This 45 is open for bidding until Friday November 1 at 12:00 Noon (Eastern). The minimum bid is being set at $2000. Your bid will not include postage fees. In the U.S., I will cover postage costs. Outside of the U.S. the 45 will be shipped USPS Express, and I will split the cost of postage with a non-US winner. If other delivery methods are preferred aside from USPS, I am open to your suggestion and we will need to sort that out before the close of this auction.

Questions are welcome, though I ask that you satisfy any questions you may have about this record before placing your bid so neither of us are caught by surprise when it's too late to do anything abo

"You Ain't No Good", a forceful, raw, and heavy tune packs power into what may be the ultimate Soul put-down song.
Buddy Cantrell is more vulnerable on the flip side's Deep Soul masterpiece. Did he forget that she spent all his money and drank his liquor too? Or, has quiet reflection shown him that he shouldn't have said those things in "You Ain't No Good" to begin with?
