Woodbury, MN is participating in the Minnesota Advancing Racial Equity cohort

The town of Woodbury, MN is participating in the Minnesota Advancing Racial Equity: Putting Theory Into Action year-long learning cohort for local and regional government. GARE, in partnership with the League of Minnesota Cities, launched the cohort of governmental jurisdictions that are systemically focusing on advancing racial equity in January.

Participating jurisdictions are cities, towns and counties from across Minnesota that make a one-year commitment, and as a result of participation, develop a Racial Equity Action Plan, begin to use a Racial Equity Tool, and build the skill, understanding and commitment of their own staff to advance racial equity.
