How much time do you have to spend with loved ones? Since none of us knows when our expiration date is, we need to live like this is the only time we have. It is very important that we enjoy the time we are given and appreciate all of it. I went to Austin Pruett's memorial service. It was a vivid reminder that we don't know how long we have on this earth. Austin was a thirteen year old boy who had a heart transplant. Ethical Wills
Every Texas attorney has studied the various estate planning documents, including Wills, Revocable/Irrevocable Trusts, Durable Powers of Attorney, Medical Powers of Attorney, and so on in law school. Recently, we have all seen through the power of the media the importance of a Directive to Physicians, which is also known as a Living Will. All of these documents are fairly traditional and are usually included in any estate planning package. However, are those the only estate planning documents you have heard of?
