I met Angela in October at the Maryland Home & Garden Show near Baltimore, MD at one of my events. She likes to yard sale shop and bought this book for one dollar. Not all antiques increase in value with age. Armoires were very popular before the introduction of flat screen TV's. Now, not so much. Today this armoire will sell for 1,500 dollars. Learn how to correctly identify it. Back in the 1990s, it sold for 15,000 dollars when people would reuse them in a bedroom to house their old bulky TVs.
