Starbucks #RedCupCheer
Serendipity have been nominated by Starbucks for the opportunity to win a Red Cup Grant of up to £1000. However, we need your support to raise as much noise as possible and win! If successful the grant will go towards artist development for LDIF16.

Oguike Dance: Creative Learning
Oguike Dance in partnership with Serendipity are offering a unique and diverse creative learning programme with one of the UK’s leading contemporary choreographers Henri Oguike.
The programme is centred on Oguike’s passion for exploring the relationship between music and dance, with a host of different opportunities available from half and full day workshops, choreographic residencies and master classes, which can be tailored to suit the participants’ requirements. From young dancers, students, community groups, teachers and dance professionals. The programme is adaptable for all.

Loft Technique Workshop with Cameron McKinney available for group bookings.
Cameron McKinney is a dancer, choreographer, teacher, and author from Memphis, and based in New York. He is the Artistic Director of Kizuna 絆 Dance. Cameron has taught in the US, Japan and the UK. The creator of Loft Technique, a unique blend of house dance, street dance, breaking, capoeira, and contemporary floorwork.
As part of his residency for LDIF16, Cameron will be teaching workshops on Thursday 5 May 2016, available to book for groups. The class focuses on how to move from high to low to high again, and how to rediscover “the down” corporally through footwork and spatially through floorwork.

Strange Fruit: A Tribute to Billie Holiday Avaliable for Touring
After the great success of Strange Fruit: A Tribute to Billie Holiday at the launch of Black History Month Leicester 2015, we are now in the process of developing the work for touring in 2016.

Let's Dance International Frontiers 2016
The full programme for LDIF16 is nearly confirmed! We are thrilled to be welcoming back the wonderful Catherine Dénécy with her performance Mi-Chaud, Mi-Froid for the launch event. The line-up for Signatures will soon be confirmed with applications closing on Thursday. There will also be a performance for younger audiences with DancingStrong's Light Steps coming to Attenborough Arts Centre. We are also excited to be partnering with People Dancing for our conference Black Women in Dance: Stepping Out of the Barriers.
