Allright fellas, I'm back with a shiny new list to quench your ever-present thirst for records. Enjoy!
For those with slower internet connections here's the browse-friendly version without photos: http://eepurl.com/bPD__5
All records are strictly graded and come with photos and soundfiles. If you have questions about something don't hesitate to ask. If you can't get enough of these, I've got some more in stock in my store and lowered a lot of prices on there too:http://stores.ebay.com/Diggin-Dave-45s
SHIPPING is £5 to anywhere in the world, for any number of records from the list. Int'l signed for shipping is £10.
Furthermore I'd like to seize the opportunity to invite all my soulful friends to come and join us to the Not Too Young Swiss Soul Weekender that takes place in Lucerne rom March 4th till 6th. It's one of the most welcoming and musically diverse weekenders out there so you will not be disappointed if you manage to make down, I promise!
Al McCarther – His true love for you / In this room – Two Guitars 900
One of the all time top rarities within popcorn circles. This one has been booted on a lookalike label but this is the real deal.
J.C. Davis – A new day / Circleville – New Day 1373
Ohio funk 45 that probably needs no introduction since it reached holy grail status during the deep funk days. Not the cleanest copy but plays pretty well after the organ kicks in.
Mixed Sugar – It’s a bad feeling / Fifteen ain’t young no more – F.G.S. 423
All-time personal fave from Flint, Michigan. Funky edged crossover of the highest order. Has an almost invisible stress crack that doesn’t affect play in any way.
The Chances – People wake up before its too late / A better day is coming – Finch 106232
Highly recommended Ohio double sider. The ‘Better day’ side is a timeless piece of mid-tempo harmony soul but flip it over for an insane slice of stripped down gloomy soul with a message and lo-fi drums.
