August  2015

July was all about keeping cool and having fun! We enjoyed seeing everyone at our Park Crawls (splishing and splashing in the water!) our Ice Cream Socials, and on our tour of Mitchells Ice Cream earlier today! August is filled with more (similar) fun! Our final Fairview Park  ice Cream Social of the summer  is this coming Thursday (August 6th) at 7pm. Mason's Creamery will be there and we'll have music AND crafts! The Park Crawls continue through August 18, and we have planned  an Evening Family Social  at Mitchell's on August 9th (RSVP# of adults and kids to  Amy) Details for all are below in the Upcoming Events section.

As a quick reminder, don't forget to follow us on Twitter and watch our Facebook page - as new events are planned throughout the month, we typically promote there, as well as adding to our website's "Upcoming Events". The site's "News" page is also where to go if you ever misplace this email!

Finally's we hope everyone will save the date for our Health Partner's annual event! Saturday, August 29th will be Neighborhood Family Practice's 35th Anniversary Celebration - honoring Robert Eckhardt, Executive Vice President of the Cleveland Foundation. The event will be at their Detroit Shoreway Office from 7-10:30 pm (with a VIP reception starting at 6:30) Click here to purchase your tickets and register today!
